The Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School Former Students' Association may collect personal information about you from time to time. The primary purpose for collecting this is to:

• enable us to inform you about our activities and the members of Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School
• keep alumni members informed about other members and to organise reunions

This information is retained to enable us to continue your membership of the Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School Former Students' Association

The Association may engage in fundraising activities. This information may be used to make an appeal to you or to invite you to a function.

You may seek access to this information held at Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School by contacting the school.

If you provide the Association with information about other people you must inform them about the above matters.
