AGSV Cross Country 2009

On Tuesday 28 July the Penleigh and Essendon Grammar school Cross Country team competed in the annual AGSV race.

The Peninsula School has dominated this race for five years. In 2008 PEGS finished second, 3 points behind the Peninsula School. In 2009, with strong performances across all levels, PEGS reversed this result and won the event.

From this competition the best ten girls were selected to compete against the APS and the Ballarat schools. PEGS has five girls selected for these events. They are Linden Hall, Stephanie Kondogonis, Anastasia Stanley, Jacinta Tadd and Judith Robinson.
