School Leadership
Under the guidance of the Principal and Deputy Principal, our Section Heads and Department Directors lead the development and day-to-day operations of the school. They are supported by passionate and skilled teams dedicated to fostering excellence in Thinking and Learning, as well as Care and Wellbeing.
Teachers
Our students thrive under the care and expertise of a committed and professional teaching staff. In recent years, teachers have been encouraged and supported to engage in formal professional learning through respected programs, including those offered by the University of Melbourne Network of Schools, Harvard University, and the Teaching Excellence Program.
A deep commitment to ongoing professional development is a cornerstone of our school. Our teachers regularly reflect on and adopt current best practices to ensure their classrooms are vibrant, responsive, and effective learning environments. Through continuous learning, they enrich their teaching, elevate student experiences, and contribute to a strong culture of thinking and wellbeing.
Governance
The Board of Management is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the school, ensuring that the Principal and staff are responsibly and sustainably resourced in the provision of an exemplary education. In addition, the Board has duty to ensure child safety, student wellbeing, staff wellbeing and community values are upheld.
The Chair and Directors of the Board bring a range of invaluable skills and experience to their roles with many having a long-standing affiliation with the school either as former students, or current or former parents and grandparents.
