Preserving our past
Our archive provides a living connection to our past and tells our ongoing story.
The role of our archive is to select, conserve and administer the school’s records and artefacts, including documents, monographs, council minutes, photographs and other memorabilia. New items from former students, teachers and the wider school community are always welcome.
PEGS Archives House is located at 62 Napier Street, Essendon, and is open only by appointment. For more information, contact us.
Camps
Education in the great outdoors has always been recognised as an important part of schooling.
Excursions
Learning happens in many environments. PEGS students have always enjoyed the experience of getting out of the classroom and attending excursions that have created valuable shared opportunities for exploration and learning.
Playground
It goes without saying that children have always needed spaces to run, climb and play. The spaces and equipment they use to do this have, however, changed significantly over the years.
Technology
In only a few generations technology has blossomed and changed all of our lives.
