The Role
Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School is seeking an outstanding educational leader to become the next Head of Junior School (Girls), leading a vibrant Prep to Year 6 community at the Moonee Ponds Campus.
As a member of the School Executive, this significant leadership role combines strategic oversight with visible, relational leadership. Reporting to the Principal and Deputy Principal, you will lead a high-performing Junior School community where academic excellence, wellbeing and curiosity are equally valued.

The Opportunity

- Lead the strategic vision and daily operations of the Junior School (Girls)
- Champion excellence in teaching, learning and student wellbeing

- Lead and inspire a team of approximately 60 staff members
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- Contribute actively as a member of the School Executive
- An experienced educational leader with a strong teaching background
